ENDURO Acoustic Features

The main components of the ENDURO Acoustic patent fence system are:

• 1.  Steel Posts
• 2.  Heavy Duty Gravel Boards
• 3.  Heavy Duty Rails
• 4. Combined Top Rail & Rebated Capping
• 5. "Kontor" Boarding with stainless steel nails

ENDURO Acoustic is available as "SUPPLY ONLY or SUPPLY and INSTALL"

1. Posts:

The most important component of a fence is the post, so Buffalo Fence uses the best! - hot dipped galvanised steel "H" section. For strength and longevity - Not cheaper - just better! A lot better!

OPTONAL: polyester coating on top of galvanising, for double protection (brown or black). Brown shown below.

2. Gravel Boards:

50% thicker than BS 1722, and now in Douglas Fir for superior strength and durability. The gravel boards are positively attached to the posts by special fixings.

3. Rails:

ENDURO Acoustic rails are not reduced at their ends but are full sized throughout, providing much greater strength at these vital joints. These components are also made with Douglas Fir.

4. Combined Top Rail & Rebated Capping:

This important component is made from one piece of timber. Not cheaper, just a whole lot better. This component is also made from Douglas Fir.

5. Gap-free CEDAR Vertical Boarding for maximum durability with minimum timber movement:

ENDURO Acoustic now has our new "Kontor System" which significantly improves the appearance of the timber panels from both sides of the fence. Yet another unique benefit of ENDURO Acoustic.

6. Concealed Patent Fixings:

ENDURO Acoustic's stainless steel dowels fix the panels at 5 locations inside the posts. This ensures the panels cannot pop out if hit by a vehicle nor due to high winds, nor can they be stolen.

7. Slopes and Curves:

Buffalo’s advanced design allows ENDURO Acoustic to smoothly follow contours of the landscape, without stepping.

 

Consistent Colour:

ENDURO Acoustic's vertical boarding uses CEDAR for increased longevity, and is fixed with stainless steel nails.
